Advance Health Care Directive
An Advance Health Care Directive (also known as a Medical Power of Attorney) allows a person to plan for health care decisions in the event they are unable to make health care decisions for themselves. The Advance Health Care Directive may contains a person’s preference for diagnostic testing, organ donation, and resuscitation.
